Lauren and Logan
Lauren & Logan's road to their Big Day @ Parkcrest in Hoover was a trip. They were already knee deep in planning. We jumped right in, helping them paint the picture of their Plan by providing Consultation and Miscellaneous Tasks.
Now that the plan was in place, it was almost time for the Big Day. As part of our Month/Day Of Management sevice we gathered together, reviewed the Ceremony Script, and had a Rehearsal playing the Ceremony music.
The next day, We worked to keep everything on the road to success, so they could enjoy their day together with 75 family and friends. To make it happen, we setup Location Indicators, the Cake tables,the Reception Guest book/gift table, the Dining tables, the Reception Bride & Groom table, and the Dance Floor.
Once the Big Moment was here, we played their dream Ceremony Music and continued with Reception Music and the couples first dance. When it was time to ride off into the sunset, we completed the Marriage License Notarization.

Chelsea and Jody
This story is a short one - short and sweet with treats to eat. It became our first Pop Up Event or as we like to call it, a CEvent for a busy healthcare couple. Chelsea, an ER nurse & Jody, a Paramedic, wanted to start their life together without the stress of a big wedding. The couple needed a plan so we assisted them with Consultation. They decided on a small ceremony @Home in Prattville with parents, siblings & a few friends, um Us :).
With the plan in place, We crafted and performed a simple ceremony. To make it happen we provided Month/Day Of Management, a simple Ceremony Script, Officiant Services, a Reception Cake table, and finally License Notarization to make it official. Yes, we had some cake. We filed it the next day.

Madeline & Isaiah
Madeline & Isaiah's story starts around 6 months before their Big Day @ Sunset Ridge in Prattville. They were knee already knee deep in planning. We jumped right in, assisting them with any questions or concerns they had We helped them finish the Plan by providing Consultation and Miscellaneous Tasks.

Amber & Javier
Amber & Javier's story started far far away. They traveled all the way home to celebrate with family and friends. They had so many great ideas they juist wanted some help bringing the plan together so we provided Consultation.
This grand fairy tale with 100 friends and family needed Month/Day Of Management and had 2 chapters. Chapter 1, the Ceremony, was at a beautiful nearby outdoor setting. We held a Rehearsal with the music. Since it was nearby, we also setup Location Indicators. Chapter 2, the Reception, combined colorful decor and wide range of tasty treats. To tell this 2 chapter tale we asissted with Cleanup/Vendor Pickup.

Hailey & Alex
Can't have a good party without good music right? Especially when Dad is a DJ. To get this party started, Hailey and Alex need some Consultation and some miscellaeous discussions about the plan for their Big Day @ The Barn in Autaugaville.
After some planning and some good tunes, it was time for a rocking Rehearsal. The next day, the Month/Day of Management implemented the couple's playlist of Month/Day Of Management, Reception Guest book/gift table Setup, Reception Dining table Setup, and Reception Catering table Setup for 100 family members and friends. After the last song played, we provided Marriage LIcense Notarization.

Bre & Evan
Some stories are personal. Bre & Evan's tale @ The Riverfront in Autaugaville is one of those. it started with Consultation. The unique venue on the river needed several Venue Identification/Vistations and consultation with Food Vendor(s), Table Vendor(s), and Seating Vendor(s), Florists, and a first time DJ.
After a quick Rehearsal, it was full speed ahead on the Big Day with Day of Management. The Ceremony Script was ready. Location Indicators pointed the way. It was setup time for the Arch (built by the Groom!), Ceremony Chairs, Reception Guest book/gift table, Reception Dining tables, Reception Catering tables, and finally the Reception Bride & Groom table.
We provided full service that day for all 75 friends and family. Carole was the Officiant. We provided Ceremony and Reception DJ Services, our first. The DJ even danced with the Officiant. A good time was had by all. As the reception wound down, it was time for Cleanup/Vendor Pickup. To wrap it up, we provided License Notarization and Filing.

This busy young couple couldn't wait to get married. They found their venue and we helped them start preparing for their Big Day @ The Cabin at Camp David in Pine Level by proding Consultation and Miscellaneous Planning.
Before the Big Day we had, like always, a Rehearsal just to make sure this Super Couple and their Super friends would be ready. We were there for Month/Day Of Management including setting up the Reception Guest book/gift table and Location Indicators and making sure everything was ready for 100 friends and family. As the sun went down, we helped these superheroes with our Notarization Services.

Taylor's Tea
If you are lucky, you get to do things for people you love when big events happen in their life. This was our first event that wasn't a wedding. To make this graduation tea happen, we provided plenty of Consultation.
When the The Big Day @ Fresh Rain in Millbrook arrived, we provided Day Of Management, Chair setup, Food Table setup, Gift Table setup, & big congratulatory hugs with all 25 friends and family.

Not long after a day at Mt Chehea, it was time to tell another story for some of our adopted family. To tell this 3rd story tale we started with Consultation. After that, they needed Venue Identification/Vistation, Cake Vendor(s), and Other Decor/Props.
When the The Big Day @ The Alley Station in Montgomery arrived we were ready to step into the rare air up there. First came a quick Rehearsal. Then, as part of Month/Day Of Management, we setup Location Indicators, Ceremony Aisle props, Reception Guest book/gift tables, Reception Dining tables, and the Reception Bride & Groom table. Their story finshed with Notarization and Marriage License filing.

This was a story about a brother from another Father and Mother that loves a good fairy tale about a hiking trail. The happy couple wanted to get married near where he proposed, so we paid them a visit and provided some Consultation.
When the The Big Day arrived @ Mt. Cheaha near Talledega for 100 friends and family, we were ready for the Rehearsal. This tale from the trail featured plenty of Month/Day Of Management. To make things just right for our adopted family, we Location Indicators, Ceremony Aisle props, Ceremony Arch setup, Ceremony Notarization, a Reception Guest book/gift table, Cleanup/Vendor Pickup, and Marriage License filing to make it official.

This isn't just a story of a happy couple. Their whole group of friends were really more like family to each other and it showed. So we started with some Consultation and Venue Identification/Vistation for their big day @ The Eclectic Warehouse in Eclectic.
The night before their Big Day, we had a thorough Rehearsal and then rested up to provide Day Of Management and every thing it included. The day started with Ceremony Chair setup (a layout we created), Ceremony Aisle props, and Ceremony Arch setup. Once that was done, we moved to Reception Guest book/gift table, Reception Dining tables, and Reception Catering tables setup. Finally, the music played, the party started, and It was definately a Hot!!! time Eclectic. Once the music died down we worked with Vendor Pickup.

This story was the closest to home, but also far, far away. It started with Consultation. Thanks to technology, the bride, who was from here but lived out of state, was able to communicate her wishes. We helped write this story with Venue Identification/Vistation, Food/Table/Seating/Lighting Vendor/Other Vendor discovery. Then DJ, Florist, & Signage were determined as well.
When The Big Day @ Lanark in Millbrook came it was time for a Rehearsal. Day Of Management included setting up Location Indicators, Ceremony Chairs, the Ceremony Arch, the Reception Guest book/gift table, Reception Dining tables, Reception Catering tables, & the Reception Bride & groom table. Finally, after Vendor Pickup, CE provided Notarization.

Round 2 @ RiverPointe near Autaugaville was a busy time. Much to do to get everything just right. Multiple resources to gather like Food Vendor(s) (including some cookies that vlooked as good as they tasted), Cake Vendor(s), Table Vendor(s), Seating Vendor(s), DJ, & Other Vendor(s). We even tried our hand at Bouquet design, Prop creation, and Signage design.
To pull together this many moving pieces we started with a Rehearsal. There was definately some Full Service Planning and Month/Day Of Management happening from a Ceremony script. Setup started with Location Indicators, Ceremony Chair setup, and Ceremony Arch setup. The Reception needed love and attention too. So we got to work and setup the Guest book/gift table, Dining tables, Catering tables, and the Bride & Groom table.
When the Ceremony story started, we were right there, providing Officiant Services and DJ Services, 2 CaroleenEvents firsts. Afterwards, it was time for some of those wonderful cookies from one of the Food Vendors. Once the cookies were gone and the dances were danced, we worked with Vendors for pickup. Finally we provided Notary Services and Marriage License filing to make it official.

Word of mouth started spreading. A few quick conversations after work turned into a fun Saturday evening @ The Doster Center in Prattville. But first we had to plan out some things and pay a visit to the venue.
The morning of the Big Day, there was a quick Rehearsal so we could run through the Ceremony script at the venue. First we made sure all of the Ceremony Chairs (in the shape of a big heart :), Ceremony Aisle props, and Ceremony Arch decorations were all in place. Then it was time to get the Reception Guest book/gift table, Reception Dining tables, Reception Catering tables, & Reception Bride & Groom table ready. We even had extra help from one of our former brides.
Once the ceremony was done, the party started. The DJ started the light show and everyone had some good food and good times. Even the Security team (a first for us) got in on it. As all celebrations do, the party ended and it was time to head home. So we worked with the Vendors to gather everything and say goodnight.

The River Part 1
Another of Carole's co-workers was getting married and needed help with the first river wedding @ RiverPointe near Autaugaville. Everyone was swimming in the deep end with this one). We started with some Consultation and a Venue Identification/Vistation. Relationships started with Food Vendor(s), Cake Vendor(s), Table Vendor(s), Seating Vendor(s), Printers, & Photographer(s). We helped with Bouquet design, Prop creation, & Signage.
Before the Big Day, there was a Rehearsal (and food). The Day Of we put up Location Indicators. Setup included Ceremony Chairs, Ceremony Aisle props, Ceremony Arch decoration, Reception Guest book/gift table, Reception Dining tables, Reception Catering tables, Reception Bride & Groom table, & Cleanup/Vendor Pickup. During and afterwards we had some food.....BBQ, cake, and smores!

Every story starts some where, and to be honest this is where CaroleenEvents was born. One of Carole's co-workers was getting married and the happy couple needed Consultation. Sooooo ,we went for a Venue Identification/Vistation @ Seven Gables in Tallasee.
